NIS2Fill is digital B2B software. Your plan is applied and your answer library becomes available immediately after payment, which completes the sale - so purchases cannot be refunded once checkout is finished.
All prices exclude VAT (BTW). 21% is added for customers in the Netherlands; for businesses elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies.
Questions people actually ask
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal - the plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until it ends. It does not refund the current invoice: all purchases are final (Terms, section 6b).
What happens to my answers if I stop paying?
They stay yours. Your answer library remains accessible on every plan, including after a one-off purchase or a cancellation. You simply cannot start a new questionnaire until you choose a plan again.
What does "unlimited" really mean?
Use it for as many questionnaires as your business genuinely receives. There is no hidden number and we will not switch you off for being busy. If usage ever looks automated or shared across separate companies we will contact you first, with 30 days' notice before anything changes.
Do I get a proper invoice?
Yes, with our KVK and VAT numbers, suitable for your bookkeeping and reclaiming BTW.
